The Hawkins Companies and its affiliates purchase, develop and manage office properties in the Eastern Half of the United States. Entities controlled by The Hawkins Companies have developed over 1 million square feet of single-story, high-density office properties and have successfully completed acquisitions of land, multi-family, office, business service, industrial, retail, golf course and single-family residential properties. The Hawkins Companies' acquisition and development activities now total over $300 million. The Hawkins Companies' tenant roster includes numerous Fortune 500 companies, including: Nextel Communications, BellSouth, Schlumberger, Seimens, Ford Motor Credit and Lucent Technologies.

SEED PARTNERS
In 1993, brothers David and Rhodes Perdue formed Seed Partners to purchase and rehabilitate historic buildings. Their adaptive use projects have resulted in the rehabilitation of several unique properties, transforming functionally obsolete manufacturing and warehouse structures into award winning loft apartments and non-traditional office space.
Projects include: The Hastings Seed Lofts, The Telephone Factory Lofts, and The Giant Lofts, among others. Seed Partners' projects have won recognition and awards for Historic Preservation and Adaptive Use from The Atlanta Urban Design Commission, The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, The Urban Land Institute, and several local publications.
