Georgia Tech continues to expand its campus, having assembled a 14 acre site adjacent to Northyards to be home to a multiple-building campus. Three of these buildings are already completed and a fourth is slated to start in the fall. |

Coca-Cola's World Headquarters is adjacent to Northyards. Arguably one of the most recognizable names in the world, Coke has 4,500 employees at its headquarters. The most visible building, a 26-story tower, was completed in 1980 at a cost of $120M. The complex includes a health club, complete with an aerobics room, racquetball courts, and jogging trail. |

The Georgia World Congress Center, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, hosts a myriad of conventions, consumer/trade shows, and corporate events. the 1,000,000 SF project is currently being expanded by an additional 420,000 SF at a cost of $220M. The expansion will give the GWCC a majestic entrance on Northside Drive, just south of Northyards. This entrance will include covered drop-off points for shuttle buses and taxis. |
