Skyline views of Downtown
Atlanta are the dramatic backdrop for Northyards' creativity
landscaped 17 acre campus, strategically located at the intersection
of Atlanta's Midtown and Downtown Markets. Central to the
Northyards redevelopment is the Roundhouse, an historic structure
built in 1911 as a servicing station for railroad cars. Only two
structures of this type remain in the Southeast. The Roundhouse
sets the theme for the entire Project: the adaptive reuse of
architecturally interesting structures into technologically advanced
loft style office space.
